Will it leak?
Close the seal along the full opening and check it before storing food. Follow the storage guidance for the food you pack.
Why is the first open stiff?
That is the hermetic seal doing its job. Hold the easy-open tabs and peel from the corner. After the first open it runs easier.
Slider or Double Click-Seal?
Slider if you open the bag every day (kids, older hands, lunchboxes). Double Click-Seal / Airtight Seal if you want maximum hold in the freezer.
