Delivery area and charges

XupZip currently delivers to the United Kingdom. Available delivery options and charges are shown at checkout before you place your order.

Standard UK delivery is free on orders of £35 or more after discounts. Any charge for an order below that threshold, or for another delivery service, is shown at checkout.

Processing and delivery

Orders are processed as soon as possible. Any delivery estimate provided is not a guaranteed date. Unless a different delivery period is agreed with you, goods will be delivered within 30 days of the order.

Tracking and address changes

Check your order-status information for tracking where it is available. Tracking can take time to update. Please check your delivery address before ordering and email hello@xupzip.com as soon as possible if you need to correct it. A change cannot be guaranteed once the order has been dispatched.

Delayed, missing or damaged orders

If an order is delayed, missing or arrives damaged, email hello@xupzip.com with your order details so the issue can be investigated. Your statutory rights relating to delivery, cancellation, faulty goods and refunds are not affected by this policy.
