Information we collect
Depending on how you use the store, we may receive your name, email, telephone number, billing and delivery addresses, order and payment confirmation details, account details, and messages you send us. We may also receive device, browser, IP address and store-use information through cookies and similar technologies. Payment providers process payment details to complete transactions. We receive information directly from you, automatically when you use the store, and from service providers involved in operating it.
How and why we use information
- To process payment, fulfil and deliver orders, administer returns and communicate about purchases: to perform our contract with you.
- To respond to enquiries, operate and protect the store and improve our service: for our legitimate interests in providing a secure, effective service and supporting customers, balanced against your rights.
- To keep required records and respond to lawful requests: to comply with legal obligations.
- To send marketing and measure or personalise advertising, where permitted: on the basis of consent where required or our legitimate interests where applicable. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in each email.
Some information is needed to process an order or respond to a request. If you do not provide it, we may be unable to fulfil the order or respond.
Who receives information
Shopify hosts the store. We share the information needed to operate it with service providers such as payment processors, delivery and fulfilment providers, and customer-support providers. We may share information with analytics or advertising providers according to your choices and applicable law, or with authorities when required. Chat and AI assistance
When website chat is available and you use it, Shopify processes customer data, including chat communications, to generate responses and improve the quality of the Inbox agent over time. Chat messages may be available to our customer support team. Please do not share passwords or payment card details in chat.
Cookies and choices
Cookies and similar technologies help the store function and, depending on your choices and the technologies enabled, may support analytics and advertising. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing already carried out lawfully before withdrawal.
