These terms, together with privacy policy, shipping policy and returns policy, apply to your use of the store and purchases from us. They do not limit rights you have under consumer law.

Products and orders

We describe products on their product pages. Images are for illustration and colours may appear differently on different screens. To place an order, add items to your basket, review your selection, enter the requested details, choose an available delivery option and submit payment. You can review and correct your details before placing the order. The checkout shows available payment methods and the total price, including applicable taxes and delivery charges, before you pay. We will send an order confirmation by email.

If there is an error in an order or we cannot fulfil it, we will contact you using the details you provided. Any cancellation or refund will be handled in accordance with applicable law. Your right to cancel an eligible online purchase is explained in our returns policy.

Delivery, cancellation and refunds

Please provide accurate order details and use the store lawfully. You must not interfere with the site, attempt unauthorised access or misuse another person's information. If you use an account, keep your sign-in details secure. Site content is protected by applicable intellectual property law. You may view and use it for personal shopping, but may not reproduce or use it commercially without permission where required.
